I wrote this when I worked for Mavericks as a personal trainer for our Newsletter before the merger of In-shape gym in Clayton, Ca.

No matter who you are, how much you weight, or how hopeless you might feel about your health, I am here to tell you that you have the power to gain control and change your life. Changing your life for the better is not quick and most of all not easy. Like anything that is worthwhile , a positive transformation takes patience and hard work. For example, image your body as a car: 🚗 if you don’t eat right, don’t get enough exercise, you might maintain your weight but you are idling in neutral .
Be honest with yourself, let go of the quick fix fantasy that has held you back in the past and really move toward change. This will let you face your desires and fears and embrace them both. No matter what your goals are you can reach them if you are will to work hard and are committed to becoming your best no matter how long ti will take . It’s easy to make excuses; For example, you might think to yourself that ” I dont have the time ” or ” I don’t have the money” these are normal lame 😒 excuses my friends make because your create your own reality. If you believe you are going to fail, chance are you will find a way to fail. Like losing 30 pound in 2 and half months. A great example of someone who is achieving success with hard work and commitment is my client , Teresa Mason She lost 30 pound in 2 and half months and she is moving in a real positive direction. Good Job Teresa Mason Tracy ! This is to all of you guys.
You must move past the scariest thing, which is to confront yourself and move towards change. But you don’t have to do this alone. Getting a better care is good. To a better life and a better , and a better younger you . And to better health!
