10-Minute Upper-Body Mini-Band Workout

Add an Optional Resistance Band and Work Your Arms in Just 10 Minutes

Get ready to work out with fitness trainer Khetanya Henderson, who will be leading this 10-minute, barre-inspired arm workout joined by Paris Nicole and Tiff Marie. You’ll start the routine with a quick warmup and then quickly get to work on your upper body. In true barre form, this session is all about high reps to get your muscles burning. Henderson will lead you through a series of full-range arm movements, pulses, and circles to target your biceps, triceps, and chest. You can go completely bodyweight and still feel your arm muscles activate or add a mini resistance band to amp up the challenge.
