Armani/Casa 2019: a wave of nature and the East
The aesthetics of Armani Casa 2019 expresses unexpected harmony between different cultures. Turning to the East first and foremost, there are natural themes like springs, tsuba shapes (Japanese sword cover), shades of clouds and Asian landscapes with trees and hills creating endless effects. The 2019 interior palette is built on shades of red, indigo, blue and green.
Tables, armchairs and even a luxury library
Admire the Owen table with its bright red lacquered stucco effect, with its Oliver counterpart in dark green metallized lacquer and light satin brass. The lightness of the furniture is represented by a table lamp made of selenite. And the elegant Onyx Library is also worth mentioning.
Our editorial staff was most impressed by the elegant “Onda” chair and its shades of green, whose name and appearance resemble the ocean (onda means “wave” in Italian). It combines a curved frame covered with woven leather and solid wood with mattresses and armrests coated with both fabric and leather. A perfect piece!
Armani likes to play
Giorgio Armani is full of creativity and a sense of playfulness, adding two timeless games to his collection: Oracle, a board game made of leather and walnut, and the memory game Oneiros.
